I am having to use this software to upload a website class project to the school's internal server. I am having an issue where my pages are displaying Chinese characters where there should be writing for said pages in the browser. My encoding is UTF-8 and I am uploaded them as Mozilla Firefox pages. When that did not work I tried Internet Explorer pages and had the same issue. Unfortunately, my professor is pathetic and will not respond to emails (last sent him one on Thursday with no response) so I am looking for some suggestions. I used the View/Edit feature which I would assume would allow me to view the pages on the server to make sure that there is no issue (perhaps I am mistaken?). Any help would be appreciated as the project is due tomorrow.
