remote site displays only a /

I've been looking up how to fix this problem for ages and nothing is working, i don't know if i have missed a step or haven't done something that i was supposed to, whenever i connect it all goes successful but nothing shows up in the remote site part.

i want to upload a folder to wp-content/themes folder to create a child theme but nothing is showing up

im using bluehost and wordpress

if anyone has had this problem or knows what im doing wrong can you please help me
