Please note the FileZilla test does only and always check Active mode support. The purpose of this test is to check if you have configured your client correctly, and Passive mode does NOT need any client configuration.
In other words, if Passive mode fails to get directory contents, there's a 99% change for the problem being on the server side.
If using terminal fails, too (SSH2 is a superset of the SFTP FileZilla uses) then it rules out the clients.
