Error when trying to connect to hosting server

When clicking on "Open Site Manager", I am receiving the following message when trying to connect with our hosting server:

Status: Connecting to files.blackbaudhosting.com...
Response: fzSftp started
Command: open "********@files.blackbaudhosting.com" 22
Command: Pass: ********
Error: Authentication failed.
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

Can you identify whether or not this problem is occurring on your end? Blackbaud cannot find that there is an error on their end.
