You can define the sites normally, using a ''master'' sitemanager.xml. Then, just copy the entire <Servers></Servers> block of that sitemanager.xml and paste it into the fzdefaults.xml (REPLACE the <Servers> block that's already there). All sites within the fzdefaults.xml are now Predefined sites.
