Error in Settings

Hi All,

I was hoping someone could explain how to fix this error. I tried a quick reinstall, but that didn't help.

1. I select Edit > Settings > Active mode
2. Select "Get external IP address from the following URL:"
3. Click "OK"
4. Get error
