Version Reverts Back To Previous Version

I have been using FileZilla Client for a long time without any problems. My computer is running Windows 7. I updated my work computer to the new version 3.6.0.2. After a few minutes after updating the program, FileZilla reverts back to 3.5.3. When I load the software, it prompts me to update to the new version. This is getting old.

Can someone help to solve this?
