So what I did recently:
1.set ALG service to OFF in administrative tools of the client machine,
2. turned ON a DMZ service on the server side router, and added server host to this service. So the server host was fully exposed to the Internet on all ports.
No success. Still seeing GnuTLS error 53.
Uninstalled Filezilla client and installed it again. After that I could browse through my server freely with no problem. But only till I have changed Windows account settings back to normal user and restarted Windows. After restart see GnuTLS error 53 again right after the _second_ MLSD command.
