Re: cannot share local directory with my scanner under Windo

I made the directory (in my case e:/scan ) "shared" and the network to private (to authorize sharing files) but no change.

I have an other idea: To secure the access I have defined a user under the Filezilla-server. (see printScreen)
Is their any request to create although the same user-name under Windows8 ? I don't think so. It was not necessary under W7.

Is it possible to check what is happening when the scanner ask for a connection ? I want to see what is going wrong.
