Want to copy files with SFTP from Command line

Hi,

I use command line to connect with SFTP to another server from my computer, and it works well.
It looks like this: C:\Program Files (x86)\FileZilla FTP Client\filezilla.exe sftp://"usernamn:password"@[ip-address]/Mapped_Folder/Catalogue/

- Now, I want to copy files from that server to my own machine, through command line instructions.
- I also want to run FileZilla in either hidden or background mode. Is this possible?

How to do it?
