Sorry, but I wasn't notified that you had replied. A common problem.

I did test both servers on http://ftptest.net/ and the message was "Congratulations! Your server is working and assorted routers/firewalls have been correctly configured for plain basic FTP."

That was through my firewall and with AVG running.
