Thank you for your reply! I'm not certain, but I suspect I might not have properly deleted my WP files - or I just wonder if that's causing these error messages - I also get one for the "home" directory:
Command: cd "/home"
Error: Directory /home: permission denied
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing
But I actually think I might have discovered my silly problem. I hadn't dragged the Indexhibit files into the directory for my website - they were just floating around in the general root directory. I'm not entirely sure what this all means, but it seems to be working now with Indexhibit. So far. I think I'll just ignore these error messages unless they indicate a brewing problem...
