Getting redirect to another site when opening filezilla.org

Using both IE and Chrome, I am getting a redirect to another site ("http://hus.parkingspa.com/hc3.asp") when opening filezilla.org.

What could be causing this redirect? Is it a hack, or is it legitimate?
