I am a new FileZilla user and cannot connect to my server. Have tried and verified all of the instructions about FileZilla client; then went through each item on the troubleshooting page, everything is OK. In the host entry I tried both ftp. and ftps. since the message on my server page said they have changed protocol this February and no longer accept ftp, only ftps. Their own instructions, however, say ftp. So I tried both. FIleZilla is also the software that was suggested on my server instruction page. I tried using QuickConnect and Site Manager The website is already set up, and their file manager will upload, but not download. That is why I need ftp software to download the site to my computer and update it using new design software. Don't know what else to try, any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
