Hi. I am having the exact same problems with this 503 error. I have done EVERYTHING, just as the original poster has said. I even went into the firewall settings and tried adding an outbound rule for filezilla thinking maybe that would do something but it made it even worse, instantly closing the connection and not even giving the error code. Im new at this and have been trying for 4 months to accomplish SOMETHING with my website and I am no further along than the day I registered it. I have no idea what to do from here. Im about ready to just throw in the towel.
