Can't connect to any FTP Server

Hello,

I recently have some problems with FileZilla connecting to any FTP server.

I get the following messages:

Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Resolving address of rjd-development.com
Status: Connecting to 159.253.7.222:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

As far as I know my FTP ports are open, like 2/4 weeks ago I still could acces the FTP, but now for some strange reason I cannot..

Does anyone know what could be causing this?
