I'm using Windows exp.

Success at last!! - well nearly
I changed a setting in Windows 7
Control Panel - windows firewall - Advanced
right click Inbound rules, click on New rule, select the Port radio button, then Next
click TCIP radio button fill in 21 for port number, then a couple more nexts

so it talks now, but is failing with Directory not found It seems to show the directory that I had entered and that exists so I am not sure why I have the problem

Also not sure why disabling the firewall did not make it work.

Still I am getting closer

I am one step nearer again, but still not working as cannot open data connection. The end of the log shows:-
(000026)27/4/13 21:23 - ipodkeeper (192.168.1.65)> TYPE I
(000026)27/4/13 21:23 - ipodkeeper (192.168.1.65)> 200 Type set to I

(000026)27/4/13 21:23 - ipodkeeper (192.168.1.65)> STOR keeper.txt
(000026)27/4/13 21:23 - ipodkeeper (192.168.1.65)> 425 Can't open data connection.
(000026)27/4/13 21:23 - ipodkeeper (192.168.1.65)> disconnected.

Can you give me any clues as to the what the problem is
