Both computers have the Windows firewall disabled.
One of them has antivirus (avast! Free), the other not.
No other "security software" installed (at least voluntarily).

Computers have been analyzed with Malwarebytes AntiMalware but no problems found.

I do not understand ... lol

I'll keep revising it. If I find a solution I will tell here.
