I am having trouble connecting to a specific site. Other sites work fine but this one fails. Here is the list of commands and their responses:

Response: 230 User consortiumguest logged in.
Status: Server does not support non-ASCII characters.
Status: Connected

Command: CWD /
Response: 250 CWD command successful.
Command: TYPE I
Response: 200 Type set to I.
Command: PASV
Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode (208,47,211,120,226,194).
Command: LIST
Response: 425 Can't open data connection.
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing
The connection is established but when it enters passive mode filezilla seems to get lost. I can connect fine with ipswitch ws_ftp from the same machine. This is the only machine I am having trouble connecting to. I have tried various settings but nothing works.
