Save Config of Frequent Transfers

I frequently have to transfer the same files to the same location and am looking for a means to save a 'configuration' of this transfer process so I can just execute the save config to process the transfer of the many files. Looking around it looks like a 'bookmark' might have some hope for this but I can find no help on creating a bookmark. Each time I try it I get the error message "Can not parse the remote site". So maybe this is not the place to save transfer configs.
Any insights would be appreciated!
