Actually, the android marketplace has a few apps that can allow you to run otherwise "un native" applications. I would not suggest it because it could possibly compromise your data.
If you are going to do it, using a windows 8 phone would be safer, although Im not exactly sure how you would run the file to begin with using the mobile os.
