Can't upload JPG - Windows 8 64bit

Hi.

I'm using Window 8 64 and Filezilla 3.7.0.2, i can't upload my picture: file type as JPG but PNG or eachothers.
Please tell me why? and what to do fig it?

(Does Filezilla support windows 8?)
