We already had this discussion. It is implemented in a way that doesn't clash with the RFC. If a file with that name exists it will be treated as one string. If only foo.bar exists it is interpreted as datetime.
A proper FTP client never uses that command. Sadly, on older PCs I have to use CoreFTP that still only supports this unsupported method for setting timestamps.
