I am new to filezilla and probably making a stupid mistake, but here's my problem.
I am having trouble when adding files to certain sudirectories. My homepage (index.html) and the directories off of that work just fine, but subdirectories from those directories do not seem to work. The files upload fine but are not visible online; I receive a 404 error when I try to access them.
Customer support from the web host told me to make sure that I had a valid index file in the folder. I thought i did. I know my index.html page works.
