Hi there, trying to change permissions on a folder and file the manufacturer has given me the following to do:

Then connect to Target Store using FTP client software (like WinSCP, FireFTP, FileZilla, CuteFTP etc.) and upload “bridge2cart” folder from unpacked package to your store root. Also, you need to set new permissions as following:
• "bridge.php" - 644 or 666, depends on your server configuration;
•"/bridge2cart" folder - 755 or 777, depends on your server configuration.

To check if the Bridge file is working correctly, enter the following address line in your browser: http://[yourstore url]/bridge2cart/bridge.php

If you see “ERROR_BRIDGE_VERSION_NOT_SUPPORTED” the bridge is working CORRECTLY.
If not, please update permission for items mentioned above once again.

When I try and change the permission as above I right click on directory and file and insert the numbers above. The tick boxes change to what they should, so all looks correct. Then when okay is clicked I get the following errors on the FileZilla:

tatus: Set permissions of '/incrediblebra598_ftp/bridge2cart/bridge.php' to '644'
Command: SITE CHMOD 644 bridge.php
Response: 500 'SITE CHMOD 644 bridge.php': command not understood
Status: Set permissions of '/incrediblebra598_ftp/bridge2cart' to '755'
Command: CWD /incrediblebra598_ftp
Response: 250 CWD command successful.
Command: PWD
Response: 257 "/incrediblebra598_ftp" is current directory.
Command: SITE CHMOD 755 bridge2cart
Response: 500 'SITE CHMOD 755 bridge2cart': command not understood

Could you help please, it is probably something I am doing wrong
