BTW situation is same when I tried after deinstalling "avast! Internet Security", so there remains only my rather new router Netgear DGND 3800B as source of the problem. Strange enough PASV worked perfectly some months ago with same router, no firmware update...
Can IPv4 be configured within FileZilla Server Interface or where else?
As (intermediate) solution have changed Port from 21 to 6000, also forwarding this port in router. Now it works !
