I have this option but it didn't seem like it would get the job done?

I was also thinking of setting up WAMP just to host a small PHP script, where users would contact the script on port 80, the script would then see if the incoming IP was the same as it's own IP and if so redirect them to 192.168.2.200, otherwise redirect to port 21. I'm not sure that would work though, I'll be trying it out tomorrow.
Update: Tried the PHP script thing and it did not work, seemed like a long shot anyway since I doubt the FTP client would be that flexible.
