Compatibility issues between Filezilla and PGP?

I have 3 different employees in our company attempting to use Filezilla for file transfer. They all connect to the same server, they are all running Windows 7, have the same security, same settings within the Filezilla app, but one person is not able to connect. The connection times out. The only difference in the computers that I am aware of is that the one that won't connect also has PGP desktop installed. Are you aware of any conflicts between PGP and Filezilla?
