All FileZilla settings and sites are in a directory below your user profile (~/.filezilla). Just restore the .filezilla subdirectory from the old user profile.

Just backup the directoryWin: %APPDATA%\FileZillaLinux, Mac, other: ~/.filezillaFileZilla doesn't use the Windows registry except for the installer and the shell extension.

FileZilla is not a hosting place, only a tool. You hosted your webpage with a third-party hoster. That hoster seems to have disappeared, at least there's no FTP server on that IP anymore.You must talk...

Using http://www.g6ftpserver.comI tested externally.I received the error:Code:> LIST< 425 Can't open data connection. So it seems that the issue is externally as well. Any suggestions?
