You can transfer all types of files using FileZilla and FileZilla Server, including zip files. Files can be downloaded to any directory you have access to.

FTP provides no undelete functionality. If you have accidentally deleted some files from the server, you need to re-upload them from a local copy.

If you unchecked the that box I mentioned you disabled kiosk mode. The reason why it still asks is probably because you haven't set the Logon types in the Site Manager back to ''Normal'', yet.
